Thank you for your purchase! We hope you love your order.
You may cancel your order before it has been shipped. There is no time limit for cancellations, and as long as your order has not been processed for shipment, you can request to cancel it.
Once an order is placed, we typically process it within 2-3 days. If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled but may be eligible for a return.
To be eligible for a refund, you must return your item within 30 calendar days of purchase. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and include all original packaging.

- Securely Pack the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase.
- Ship the Return: Send the return package to the provided return address.
- ✔ Free Return Shipping: In some cases, return shipping is free.
- ✘ Return Shipping at Your Cost: If the return is not due to a XHomeClean error, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 30 days.
- Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.
- You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following:
- Perishable items
- Intimate apparel
- Gift cards
- Custom-made products
- Digital downloads
For defective or damaged products, please contact us to arrange a replacement or refund.
